中小学教师国家级培训经过13年发展,在培训对象、内容、方式、机构、师资、服务体系、管理制度等方面取得了相当的成就。为使培训工作精益求精,尚需直面“国培计划”项目实施中存在的问题,加强“国培计划”服务功能,关照学员参训积极性、可能性;细化学员选派环节,增强培训服务的针对性;加强专家库建设和目标管理,优化培训课程设计模式;规范项目实施流程,保证培训基本质量。
After 13 years of development, primary and secondary school teachers’ national training has made considerable achievements in training objects, contents, methods, institutions, teachers, service system and management system. In order to keep improving the training, we still have to face the problems existing in the implementation of the “Guo Pei Plan” project, strengthen the service function of “Peiguoshui Plan”, take care of the enthusiasm and possibility of participating in the training; Targeted training services; strengthen the construction of expert libraries and target management, optimization of training curriculum design patterns; regulate the implementation process of the project to ensure the basic quality of training.
