采用SPECT技术对22例临床确诊为高血压、冠心病、心肌炎患者进行放射核素99mTc心血池显像检查,观察了舌下含服开博通12.5mg前后的变化。结果表明小剂量开博通舌下含服对左室收缩功能无影响,对反映舒张功能的早期快速充盈率侧有明显改善作用。文中还对该药影响左室舒张功能的急性效应的机理进行了初步探讨。
SPECT technique was used to detect radionuclide 99m Tc blood pool in 22 patients with clinically diagnosed hypertension, coronary heart disease and myocarditis, and the changes of sublingual gavage before and after 12.5 mg were observed. The results showed that low-dose prophylaxis with sublingual budesonide had no effect on left ventricular systolic function, and had a significant improvement on the early fast perfusion rate side that reflects diastolic function. The article also preliminary study of the drug affect the acute effect of left ventricular diastolic function mechanism.
