问题的提出80年代起步的青壮年职工文化技术补课揭开了职工教育在新时期的序幕,随之而来的是汹涌的“文凭热”。外部环境启动企业对自身素质的反省,从80年代中期开始大部分企业经营者开始注重员工素质的培养,各种类型的岗位培训成为职工教育的重点。总结十年来职教工作的得失,对进一步推动职教工作的开展,有着十分重要的现实意义。1.以往的工作,因各种因素,使得职工教育具有过多的短期行为。
