本文介绍工业自动化仪表的环境振动条件,包括表示方法、有关参数及各等级的参数数值。根据仪表环境振动的实测和分析结果,在一定置信度下按仪表的安装方式提出各振动等级的应用实例,供选用者参考。 本文还介绍工业自动化仪表环境振动条件的验证方法,包括现场测试及记录、频谱分析、数据综合等内容,可供仪表环境振动条件的制订者在测试、分析或验证振动条件时参考。
This article describes the industrial automation instrumentation environmental vibration conditions, including representation, the parameters and the level of the parameter values. According to the measurement and analysis of the environmental vibration of the instrument, the application examples of the vibration levels are put forward according to the installation of the instrument under a certain degree of confidence for the reference of the users. This paper also introduces the verification methods of environmental vibration conditions of industrial automation instruments, including field test and record, spectrum analysis, data synthesis and other content. It can be used as a reference when testing, analyzing or verifying vibration conditions.
