今年以来,中国着力稳增长、控物价、调结构、惠民生、抓改革、促和谐,经济运行总体平稳,上半年国内生产总值同比增长7.8%,社会消费品零售总额增长14.4%,外贸保持基本平衡,经济增长的内外需动力更趋协调。同时,中国经济发展中不平衡、不协调、不可持续的矛盾和问题仍然突出,经济增长下行压力明显,部分中小企业经营困难,出口行业面临困难增多,解决新增就业人口就业任务繁重。

The downward pressure on economic growth is obvious. Some SMEs are facing difficulties in their operations and the export industries are facing more difficulties. The solution is that the newly employed population has heavy employment tasks.
