对于目前我国创业投资的现状,基本上有两种认识。一种观点认为目前国内资本市场不完善,创投规模下降,新设创投机构同比减少,投资信心不足,投资手段单一,创业者缺乏诚信度,退出困难,核心原创技术少;另一种观点则提出,我国的创投业已经初具规模,新一轮的科技创业热潮已经来到,相关的法律将会陆续出台,创业板的开设已为期不远,目前是选投项目的最好时机。
