目的调查打工者的自尊与自我和谐水平,了解自尊与自我和谐的关系,促进其更好地建构自我体系。方法选取打工者81名,采用自尊量表(SES)和自我和谐量表(SCCS)对其自尊与自我和谐状况进行测查。结果打工者“自我灵活性”显著低于大学生常模(t=-7.699,P<0.01),“自我刻板性”显著高于大学生常模(t=7.354,P<0.01)。自尊量表总分与自我和谐量表总分呈显著正相关(t=0.544,P<0.01)。同3个分量表中的“自我与经验不和谐”呈显著正相关(t=0.402,P<0.01),与“自我灵活性”呈显著负相关(t=-0.537,P<0.01),而与“自我刻板性”相关不大(t=0.204,P>0.05)。结论打工者自尊与自我和谐状况没有一般大学生好,自我和谐对自尊有一定影响。
Objective To investigate the self-esteem and self-harmony level of migrant workers and to understand the relationship between self-esteem and self-harmony and to promote their self-improvement. Methods Eighty-one migrant workers were recruited. Their self-esteem and self-consistency were tested by Self-Esteem Scale (SES) and Self-Consistency Scale (SCCS). Results The self-flexibility of migrant workers was significantly lower than that of normal students (t = -7.699, P <0.01), and self-stereotyping was significantly higher than that of normal students (t = 7.354, P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between the total score of self-esteem scale and the total self-consistency scale (t = 0.544, P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between self and experience disharmony in the three subscales (t = 0.402, P <0.01) and negative correlation with “self flexibility” (t = -0.537, P < 0.01), but not related to “self-stereotyping ” (t = 0.204, P> 0.05). Conclusion The self-esteem and self-harmony of migrant workers are not good in general college students, self-consistency and self-esteem have a certain impact.
