我院对80例痔、瘘肛门手术病人，按对照、均衡、随机等原则，分成实验组、对照组各40例。两组病人术后创口用不同方法换药。即实验组用北京光明中医烧伤创疡研究所徐荣祥教授发明的MEBO换药，对照组则用传统方法换药。疗效分：创口止痛效果、创口愈合后瘢痕程度及创口愈合所需时间等三个项目进行观察。结果经统计学处理，用MEBO换药的实验组，三项疗效均显示出优于对照组，且无任何毒副反应。值得临床推广应用。
80 cases of hemorrhoids in our hospital, fistula anal surgery patients, according to the control, balanced, random and other principles, divided into experimental group, control group of 40 cases. The experimental group with Beijing Guangming Chinese Institute of Burns and Wounds and Ulcers created by Professor Xu Rongxiang MEBO dressing, while the control group dressing with the traditional method. Curative effect: wound pain relief effect, degree of wound healing and wound healing time required for three items were observed. The results of the statistical analysis, the experimental group with MEBO dressing, three curative effect showed better than the control group, and without any side effects. Worthy of clinical application.
