以“绿宝石”梨试管苗为试材,探讨不同浓度的NAA(0.1、0.2、0.3mg/L)和IBA(0.5、1.0、1.5mg/L)、活性炭(0%、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)以及培养方法对“绿宝石”梨生根的影响。结果表明:诱导“绿宝石”梨试管苗生根的最佳培养基是1/2MS+1.0mg/L IBA+0.3mg/L NAA+0.3%活性炭(AC)+30g/L蔗糖+5.5g/L琼脂;培养方式为先在含有生长素的培养基中培养7d,然后转入不含生长素的培养基中培养。
The effects of different concentrations of NAA (0.1,0.2,0.3mg / L) and IBA (0.5,1.0,1.5mg / L), activated carbon (0%, 0.1% 0.3%, 0.5%) and the culture method on the “emerald ” pear rooting.
