在我国快速城市化的背景下,整个社会正经历深刻变革,职务犯罪手段和形态也随之发生变化。贪利犯罪数额巨大,渎职犯罪危害严重,且呈现出与城市开发同质的特点。从我国城市化基本情况和城市化进程的职务犯罪状态来看,应当坚持标本兼治,积极探索符合城市化建设实际情况和职务犯罪特点的多渠道、多层次的犯罪控制机制,走内涵式增长的城市化建设之路,用法治思维和法治方式控制城市化进程中的职务犯罪。
