针对某微型智能传感器设计了一款工作在ISM 433.05~434.79 MHz频段的电小环天线。通过集总加载技术,并对尺寸优化,天线仅有尺寸18 mm×1 mm×13 mm(0.02λ×0.001λ×0.02λ,λ为434 MHz对应波长)。天线较小的体积可以与射频电路实现三维封装。通过集总加载的电容与电感调节阻抗匹配,仿真结果表明天线的-10d B带宽大于7 MHz(大于1%),辐射增益大于0.5 d Bi。对天线加工实物并测试,测试结果与仿真结果具有较好的一致性,测量带宽约4 MHz,并且辐射效率大于20%,方向图几乎是全向的。与传统ISM频段的433 MHz天线相比具有尺寸更小,结构简单,易调谐等特点,天线可应用于最新的可穿戴设备、微型传感器及无线智能硬件。
For a miniature smart sensor, an electric small loop antenna operating in the ISM 433.05 ~ 434.79 MHz band is designed. With lumped loading technology and size optimization, the antenna is only 18 mm × 1 mm × 13 mm (0.02λ × 0.001λ × 0.02λ, λ is the wavelength corresponding to 434 MHz). The smaller size of the antenna can be three-dimensional package with the RF circuit. The impedance matching is adjusted by the lumped capacitance and inductance. The simulation results show that the -10d B bandwidth of the antenna is greater than 7 MHz (greater than 1%) and the radiation gain is greater than 0.5 d Bi. The physical processing of the antenna and test, the test results and simulation results have good agreement, the measurement bandwidth of about 4 MHz, and the radiation efficiency is greater than 20%, the direction of the map is almost omnidirectional. Smaller, simpler and easier to tune than the 433 MHz antenna in the traditional ISM band, the antenna can be used in the latest wearables, micro-sensors and wireless smart hardware.
