CIAPIN1是新近被证实与凋亡相关的分子,在胚胎及成人组织内有广泛的分布,但在不同组织来源的恶性肿瘤,CIAPIN1的阳性表达水平存在明显差异。通过基因转染技术,CIAPIN1能使自身呈低表达的肿瘤细胞发生凋亡;通过siRNA技术,CIAPIN1可使自身呈高表达的肿瘤细胞增殖受抑制。体外实验研究发现,CIAPIN1通过上调多药耐药基因1和多药耐药相关蛋白1参与胃癌细胞多药耐药的发生。
CIAPIN1 is a recently identified apoptosis-related molecule, which is widely distributed in embryos and adult tissues. However, there are significant differences in the positive expression levels of CIAPIN1 in malignant tumors of different tissues. Through gene transfection technology, CIAPIN1 can make its own low expression of tumor cells apoptosis; by siRNA technology, CIAPIN1 can make their own high expression of tumor cell proliferation was inhibited. In vitro experiments showed that CIAPIN1 is involved in the multidrug resistance of gastric cancer cells by up-regulating multidrug resistance 1 and multidrug resistance-related protein 1.
