近来中南各地连续发生匪特破坏事件,这是应该引起大家严重的注意和警惕的。仅据去年八月至今极不完整的材料,在中南各地之仓库、矿山、铁路、工厂发生遭受损失的严重事件即达二百三十余起,损失粮食约达数百万斤,死伤失踪人员一六七名,使国家经济与人民财富遭受浩大损失。其中匪特有组织的破坏事件,如爆炸、纵火、放毒、偷盗、抢劫,甚至协迫群众进行暴动,近两、三个月亦显有增加,这更是我们应该特别警惕
