我厂生产的产品中,有多种零件是长方形六面体,它们大多由模锻成形,再铣削或刨削加工成零件。这些毛坯件的加工余量大,装夹次数多,用普通的手动虎钳夹紧,其生产效率较低,而操作工人的劳动强度则较高。为确保产品质量,成倍地提高装夹生产率,并大大地减轻工人的劳动强度,我们根据工件的不同规格,设计制造了一台小型液压虎钳。其能夹持工件之最大尺寸为长×宽×高=200×100×100mm。液压虎钳的结构见附图。它实际上是一台包括油泵、安全阀、压力表等液压元件在内的(图中未画出)独立的动力装置。我们采用一台高压柱塞油泵,其压力为13~18MPa。油缸体6的内径为50mm、活塞7
