CLH系列乳化炸药 为了满足我国试验推广VCR方法(即垂直深孔后退式采矿方法)的需要,研制出了CLH系列乳化炸药。该炸药具有高密度、高爆速、高威力的特点,且抗水性能好,生产和使用安全,储存期可达半年以上。 该炸药从1983年6月份开始,在凡口铅锌矿用于三个不同矿房与矿柱的VCR方法试验采场的爆破作业,每吨矿石车间成本与该矿沿用的采矿方法比较,降低18.9～28％。这种方法在该矿推广后,每年可节省投资约286万元。
CLH series of emulsion explosives in order to meet the test of our country to promote the VCR method (vertical deep hole retraction mining method) needs, developed a series of CLH emulsion explosives. The explosive has the characteristics of high density, high detonation velocity and high power, and has good water resistance, safe production and use, and the storage period can reach more than six months. The explosive started in June 1983 and was used in the blasting operations of the VCR method stope for three different ore mines and pillars at the Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine. The cost per tonne ore workshop was reduced compared with the mining methods used in the mine 18.9 ~ 28%. This method in the mine promotion, annual savings of about 2860000 yuan.
