香港八和会馆以弘扬粤剧艺术为宗旨,自1953年成立以来,不单关注粤剧演员从业员的专业发展和传承工作,还积极向公众推广粤剧,并经常参与社会公益事务。香港八和的传承工作,即对台前幕后各个岗位的从业员之全面培训,粤剧艺术涉及多方面的人才培育,包括不同行当的演员、武师、乐师、服装、化妆、道具、布景、舞台监督、制作及行政人员、编剧等等。早在七十年代末,香港八和已经意识到培育新演员的重要性。
Since its founding in 1953, Hong Kong Bazhe Hall has not only focused on the professional development and inheritance of Cantonese opera practitioners, but also actively promoted Cantonese opera to the public and regularly participated in public welfare activities. The continuity of work in Hong Kong and Bachelors is a full-scale training of practitioners in various positions behind the stage. Cantonese opera involves a wide range of personnel training including actors, martial artists, musicians, costumes, make-up, props, Production and administrative staff, screenwriters and more. As early as the late seventies, Hong Kong’s eight and have realized the importance of nurturing new actors.
