文章依据2011辽宁统计年鉴的数据,利用因子分析法,选取了代表辽宁省社会、经济、生活等方面的16项主要因子,建立综合评价模型。通过统计软件SPSS18.0对数据进行处理,依据处理结果对辽宁省44个县域的经济状况进行了综合评价。分析发现影响辽宁各县市经济发展的因素,有资源禀赋等客观环境的影响,但也存在发展战略调整问题。针对评价结果,文章提出了加速县域经济发展的对策和建议。
Based on the data of Liaoning Statistical Yearbook 2011, the article selects 16 major factors representing social, economic and life aspects of Liaoning province by factor analysis and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model. Through the statistical software SPSS18.0, the data are processed, and the economic conditions of 44 counties in Liaoning Province are comprehensively evaluated according to the processing results. Analysis found that the factors that affect the economic development of counties and cities in Liaoning Province, the endowment of resources and other objective environment, but there are also problems in the development of strategic adjustment. In view of the evaluation results, the article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the development of county economy.
