创建跨国公司在中国才是近十几年来发展起来的一项新兴事业,尚处于起步阶段,要巩固发展壮大,还需大家共同努力,在此浅薄地谈点个人看法。 1.到国外去办跨国公司比在国内开展经营,搞出口业务要难得多。一般说,国有大企业和大集团最具有实力办海外公司,如中国化工进出口公司建立综合商社型跨国公司,十几年来取得了丰硕的成果;一些具有坚强实力的合资企业、乡镇企业、私营企业也可以办一些适合国情、符合其企业特点的海外公司。如河北清河县的一家乡镇企业就在日本、美国、意大利部建立了清河东森羊绒衫有限公司。我以为,国内母公司与海外分公司必须紧紧相连,根据海外公司的业务经营要求,国内母公司直接将货源、资金输入;同时,海外公司必须接受国内母公司的领导摇控。 2.跨国公司必须清楚地了解所在国的经济、政治、法律。作为跨国公司的职员,必须把国家利益放在第一位,必须有吃苦耐劳、无私奉献的精神,运转各种机制,利用各种可能利用的机会,发展自己国家的经济贸易。如利用转让定价,避税及防范措施。跨国公司凭借其跨国生产和销售的优势,利用所在国家的不同税率水平,通过内部转移价格,尽可能地合法逃避税收,获得最大的利润。另外,跨国公司可利用不同主权国家的关税差别,综合考虑公司所在国所得税和关?

I believe that the domestic parent company and the overseas branch company must be closely linked. According to the business operation requirements of the overseas company, the domestic parent company will directly input the source of goods and funds; at the same time, the overseas company must accept the leadership of the domestic parent company to control. 2. Multinational corporations must clearly understand the economic, political and legal aspects of the host country. As a multinational company’s staff, we must put national interests first. We must have the spirit of hard work and selfless dedication to operate various mechanisms and use all kinds of opportunities that may be used to develop our country’s economy and trade. Multinational corporations rely on their advantages in transnational production and sales, use different levels of tax rates in their countries, transfer prices internally, and evade taxes as much as possible to obtain maximum profits.
