自2006年我国保险业基本全面开放以来,截至2007年底我国已有外资保险公司43家,其增速超出预料。特别是近年来,随着银保业务的不断攀升,加上外资保险已进入四处圈地的快速增长期,外资寿险公司迎来了一波“增资潮”。其中包括最新获批增值的信诚人寿。信诚人寿是中国第一家中英合资人寿保险公司,目前的注册资本达19.8亿元人民币,这意味着信诚将超过中意人寿,成为资本实力最雄厚的外资寿险公司。
Since China’s insurance industry was basically fully liberalized in 2006, as of the end of 2007, there were 43 foreign-funded insurance companies in China, whose growth rate exceeded expectations. Especially in recent years, with the continuously increasing of bancassurance business and the rapid growth of foreign capitals entering the enclosure, foreign life insurance companies have ushered in a wave of “surge in investment.” Including the newly approved value-added Prudential Life Insurance. Prudential Life Insurance is China’s first Sino-British joint venture life insurance company, the current registered capital of 1.98 billion yuan, which means that Prudential will surpass Sino Life, become the capital strength of the most abundant foreign life insurance companies.
