超高强度的waspaloy高温合金烟气轮机涡轮盘锻件是一个关键零件。主要从有限元模拟与试验分析的角度研究了YJ350型烟气轮机涡轮盘的锻造,并系统研究了合金在模具型腔内的流动规律和变形机理,获得了模具结构参数和工艺参数对锻造成形的影响规律。通过对上述影响规律的分析,提出了优化设计方案。经过对比试验发现,优化后的模具能有效地解决初始模具中的锻件锻后开裂的问题,锻件质量比用初始模具生产的锻件有明显的改善。
Ultra-high strength waspaloy superalloy turbine disk forging is a key component. Mainly forging of turbine disk of YJ350 flue gas turbine was studied from the perspective of finite element simulation and experimental analysis. After the comparison test, it is found that the optimized mold can effectively solve the problem of cracking after the forging is forged in the initial mold, and the quality of the forging is obviously improved than the forging produced by the initial mold.
