骨髓基质细胞是组成骨髓造血微环境的细胞 ,是一个杂合的细胞群体 ,包括成纤维细胞、内皮细胞、单核细胞等多种细胞成分。骨髓基质细胞通过分泌细胞因子以及与造血细胞直接接触参与对造血干 /祖细胞增殖与分化的调节。
Bone marrow stromal cells are the cells that make up the bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment and are heterozygous cell populations including many cellular components such as fibroblasts, endothelial cells and monocytes. Bone marrow stromal cells are involved in the regulation of proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells by secreting cytokines and direct contact with hematopoietic cells.
