随着社会经济的迅速发展,我国的市政工程获得了很大进步,并给我国的国民经济创造了很多价值。现阶段,国家加大了对市政工程的投资力度,不过这类工程在发展过程中仍然存在很多问题,例如施工监管不力、施工技术缺乏专业性等。为了改变这一现状,我们需要提出解决问题的措施。本文通过分析市政工程施工管理中存在的瓶颈,进而对其应对策略进行探讨。
With the rapid development of social economy, great progress has been made in China’s municipal engineering and a great deal of value has been created for our national economy. At this stage, the state has increased its investment in municipal engineering projects. However, there are still many problems in the development of such projects, such as poor supervision of construction and lack of professionalism in construction technology. In order to change this situation, we need to put forward measures to solve the problem. This article analyzes the bottlenecks in the construction management of municipal engineering, and then discusses its coping strategies.
