为研究急性有机氟中毒对儿童的心肌损害 ,将 2 6例急性有机氟中毒患儿分为轻中度中毒组 ( n=16 )和重度中毒组 ( n=2 0 ) ,设同龄对照组 ( n=2 0 )。用紫外法对各组进行心肌酶谱检测 ,同时对中毒组进行常规心电图检查和心电监护。结果轻中度中毒组HBD、AST升高与对照组比较有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。重度中毒组 CPK、CK-MB、L DH、HBD、AST各项酶均见升高。尤以 CPK、CK-MB升高显著 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。心电图结果轻中度中毒组主要表现为窦性心律失常 ,重度中毒组表现为各种严重心律失常和 S-T段、T波改变。有机氟杀鼠药是一种剧烈神经毒剂 ,对神经系统的损害同时可造成心肌损害。HBD、AST升高为早期心肌损害诊断指标。CPK、CK-MB同时升高对心肌损害的诊断有特异性
In order to study the myocardial damage of children with acute fluorosis, 26 children with acute fluorosis were divided into mild to moderate poisoning group (n = 16) and severe poisoning group (n = 20) n = 2 0). UV spectroscopy of myocardial enzymes in each group testing, while the poisoning group for routine ECG and ECG monitoring. Results HBD and AST in mild to moderate poisoning group were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.01). Severe poisoning group CPK, CK-MB, L DH, HBD, AST various enzymes were seen increased. Especially in CPK, CK-MB increased significantly compared with the control group there was a significant difference (P <0.01). ECG results mild to moderate poisoning group mainly for sinus arrhythmia, severe poisoning group showed a variety of serious arrhythmia and S-T segment, T wave changes. Organic fluorine rat poison is a severe nerve agent, damage to the nervous system can cause myocardial damage. HBD, AST increased as early indicators of myocardial damage. CPK, CK-MB increased at the same time the diagnosis of myocardial damage is specific
