项目管理专家、清华大学项目管理与建设技术研究所强茂山教授谈到项目管理来来趋势时曾经指出;“项目管理作为一种有效集成资源、高效实现组织目标的理念与技术,不仅需要关注项目组织内部的资源集成,更需要从项目所处的环境,即从组织级集成资源、相关利益人集成资源,这是企业项目管理理念和实践发展要迈的两个台阶。”
