加强电力工程施工合同的风险控制与管理,对提高企业管理水平并应对电力企业的进一步市场化有重大意义。本文从当前电力工程施工合同管理的重要性出发,识别了当前内外环境下电力施工企业合同风险、提供了相应的应对策略,并进一步提出应从制度上保证合同风险的控制。
Strengthening the risk control and management of power engineering construction contracts is of great significance to improving the management level of enterprises and coping with the further marketization of power enterprises. Based on the importance of contract management of power engineering construction at present, this paper identifies the contract risks of power construction enterprises in the current internal and external environment and provides the corresponding countermeasures. Furthermore, it puts forward that the contract risk should be controlled systematically.
