目的探讨产前超声诊断胎儿胼胝体发育不全的价值。方法对经产前超声检查诊断为胎儿胼胝体发育不全的病例资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果 17例产前超声诊断胼胝体发育不全的胎儿中,14例同时接受MRI检查。11例经MRI证实为胼胝体发育不全,1例为脑室扩张伴灰质异位,1例为脑积水,1例为正常胎儿。结论产前超声应作为胎儿胼胝体发育不全的首选检查方法,对产前超声检查怀疑胼胝体发育不全的胎儿,应加做MRI进一步明确诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal corpus callosum hypoplasia. Methods The data of cases diagnosed as fetal hypoplastic corpus callosum by prenatal ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Among the 17 fetuses with prenatal diagnosis of hypoplastic corpus callosum, 14 cases underwent MRI examination at the same time. Eleven cases were confirmed by MRI as corpus callosum hypoplasia, 1 case of ventricular dilatation and gray matter ectopic, 1 case of hydrocephalus, 1 case of normal fetus. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound should be used as the first choice for the detection of fetal hypoplastic corpus callosum. For prenatal ultrasound examination suspected hypoplastic corpus callosum fetus, MRI should be added to further confirm the diagnosis.
