德尼泊罗彼得洛夫斯克医学院药理学教研组实验室对晕船和呕吐做了专门的研究,并对此二症的发生机制有了新的观念.已经证明:对于晕船和呕吐起着重要作用的是大脑皮层和植物神经系统交感部份的活动机能减弱以及同时发生的迷走神经中枢紧张性增高.根据这个观念作者试验了采用各种药物(单独或合并采用)来抑制晕船和呕吐的产生.作者进行了五千多次试验.作者发现采用??、卡非因、溴剂三种药物的合剂最为有效.这种合剂在许多方面都优于国内现在生产的阿艾荣(?,苏联制防治晕车、船、飞机药,相当于vesano).
