针对目前矿井提升载荷存在的安全隐患,笔者提出了一种基于ZigBee与LabVIEW的矿井提升载荷监测系统。其中,ZigBee无线网络将测量信号经巷道中继点传至地面,克服了电缆通信难以在井下布线的困难。基于LabVIEW的上位机监测软件对采集的数据进行实时分析、处理、显示。试验表明,本系统具有实时性强、可靠性高等特点,显著提高了矿井安全与监测的智能化,大大降低了生产中的安全隐患。
Aiming at the potential safety problems of mine hoisting load, the author presents a mine hoisting load monitoring system based on ZigBee and LabVIEW. Among them, the ZigBee wireless network will measure the signal relayed to the ground through the roadway, to overcome the difficult cable communication difficult underground wiring. PC-based monitoring software based on LabVIEW real-time analysis of the collected data, processing, display. Experiments show that the system has the characteristics of real-time and high reliability, which significantly improves the mine safety and monitoring intelligence and greatly reduces the potential safety hazard in production.
