在电大22年的办学实践中,曾经出现过数次对电大的改革发展颇具影响的理论与实践的问题讨论,如电大教育以教学为中心,还是以管理为中心?电大的办学体制是管理型,还是实体型?以及远程教育的开放性等等。每一次讨论都对电大的办学产生了极大的推动。当前,关于现代远程教育教学中教师和学生的地位和作用的师生观的讨论,可以说将成为对电大教学模式改革产生影响的又一关键性问题。
In the 22 years of TVU’s practice of running schools, there have been several discussions on the theory and practice influencing the reform and development of TVU. For example, whether TVU education should be centered on teaching or management? TVU’s schooling system is a management type , Or physical? And the openness of distance education and so on. Every discussion has greatly promoted the TVU’s running school. At present, the discussion on the concept of teacher and student about the status and role of teachers and students in the teaching of modern distance education can be said to be another key issue that has an impact on the reform of TVET mode.
