According to an article published by People’s Daily on April 13, 2013, Liu Xiaoming pointed out that since the beginning of last year, western theorists have held a debate about the Chinese road. Two famous American scholars, Moses Polytechnic Institute of Simogoro and Harvard Robinson published “why the country will fail,” a book controversial in Western academia.
