区域卫生资源合理配置研究系中国卫生经济培训与研究网络的招标课题,在卫生部规划财务司和中国卫生经济培训与研究网络的资助下,以三部委(国家计委、财政部和卫生部)区域卫生规划的联系点——山东省威海市作为研究现场,自1997年6月起至今,课题组全体成员与威海市卫生局一起,历时2年,以威海市区域卫生资源配置为核心内容进行了调查与研究,对威海市区域卫生资源配置中以及卫生发展过程中存在的主要问题进行了深入的探讨。本次研究在吸取他人研究经验的基础上,设计了一些新的调查内容,采用了一些新的分析思路和方法,并总结了区域卫生资源配置研究的程序、步骤及方法,提出了一些供其他地区参考的参
The Research on the Rational Allocation of Regional Health Resources is a bidding subject for the China Health Economics Training and Research Network. Under the support of the Planning Finance Department of the Ministry of Health and the China Health Economics Training and Research Network, it has three ministries (the State Planning Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Health). The contact point of the regional health plan – Weihai City, Shandong Province, as a research site, since June 1997, all members of the research group and the Weihai Municipal Health Bureau have been working together for 2 years, focusing on the regional health resource allocation in Weihai City. The investigation and research conducted in-depth discussions on the main problems existing in the allocation of regional health resources and health development in Weihai. Based on the research experience of others, this study designed some new survey contents, adopted some new analytical ideas and methods, and summarized the procedures, procedures, and methods of regional health resource allocation research, and put forward some for others.
