Launched by the Deep Foundation Engineering Association of China Federation of Building Industry, the “Symmetrical Symposium on Large-Diameter Piles (Pier) and Expanded Seismic Inspection” co-sponsored by the Shenzhen Deep Foundation Association and Shenzhen Civil Society was held in Shenzhen Special Administrative Region from March 17 to 21. This is the largest academic activity held by the Deep Foundation Engineering Association since its establishment in June last year. 155 representatives from 16 provinces, cities, special economic zones and 10 relevant ministries and commissions attended the meeting.
