合成了两个系列共8个哌嗪类衍生物,用红外、核磁、质谱及元素分析确证结构。经豚鼠离体心房正性肌力作用试验,所筛选的8个化合物中,有7个具有不同程度的活性。其中目标物Ⅱ与Ⅸ正性肌力作用均强于对照品氨力农及维司力农(vesnarinone),且(Ⅸ)与氨力农比较有显著性差异。
A total of eight piperazine derivatives were synthesized from two series. Their structures were confirmed by IR, NMR, MS and elemental analysis. In guinea pig atrial inotropic effect test, 8 of the selected compounds, 7 have varying degrees of activity. Among them, the positive inotropic effects of target Ⅱ and Ⅸ were stronger than that of the control ammonia and vesnarinone, and (Ⅸ) had significant difference with ammonia-benton.
