血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)的迁移与增殖、分化与凋亡是动脉粥样硬化(AS)发生、发展的重要因素,此过程受年龄、高血压、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、糖尿病及糖耐量异常等因素影响。除此之外,循环中多种生物因子也可对VSMC活动产生影响,尤其是血小板源性生长因子和胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)。本文将对IGF-1对VSMC的迁移与增殖、分化与凋亡的影响及相关机制进行综述。
Migration, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) are important factors in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis (AS). This process is characterized by age, hypertension, ox-LDL, Diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance and other factors. In addition, circulating biological factors can also affect VSMC activity, especially platelet-derived growth factor and insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). This article reviews the effects of IGF-1 on VSMC migration and proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis and related mechanisms.
