四环素是临床上广泛使用的抗生素类药品,为测定其效价需要用标准品,而标准品的单位是否准确直接关系到产品的质量。四环素生产初期因未获得国际标准品,我所于1958年建立了第一批国家标准品,并以此为标准建立了五批国家标准品。直至1962年由世界卫生组织提供了四环素国际标准品,随后以该标准品为标准标定了第六批国家标准品,至今已先后制备了十五批四环素标准品,它们的单位和国际单位是一致的。为保持标准品的延续性,1989年以第十五批四环素国家标准品(860615批)为标准完成了第十六批国家标准品的制备工作。经五个实验室协作标定,本批四环素国家标准品每毫克含971个单位。
Tetracycline is widely used in clinical antibiotics, to determine the potency need to use standard products, and standards of the unit is accurate and is directly related to product quality. Because of the lack of access to international standards in the early stages of tetracycline production, I established the first batch of national standards in 1958 and established five batches of national standards as standards. Until 1962, the World Health Organization provided tetracycline international standard, and then the standard was calibrated for the sixth batch of national standards, so far has been prepared fifteen tetracycline standards, their units and the International Authorities are consistent of. In order to maintain the continuity of standards, in 1989 the fifteenth batch of tetracycline national standards (860,615 batches) as the standard to complete the preparation of the sixteenth batch of national standards. Collaborative calibration by the five laboratories, the batch of tetracycline national standard containing 971 units per mg.
