目的:研究膜联蛋白-1(Annexin-1)与BFGF在精原细胞癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测25例精原细胞癌组织,25例正常睾丸组织中膜联蛋白-1与BFGF的表达情况,并对膜联蛋白-1与精原细胞癌的关系进行分析。结果:正常睾丸组织及精原细胞癌中膜联蛋白-1与BFGF阳性率分别为76.00%、16.00%和20.00%、88.00%。膜联蛋白-1的表达与肿瘤的临床分期和肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论:联合检测Annexin-1、BFGF有助于提高精原细胞癌的早期诊断率。
Objective: To investigate the expression of annexin-1 and BFGF in spermatogonial carcinoma and to discuss its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of annexin-1 and BFGF in 25 cases of ESCC and 25 cases of normal testicular tissue. The relationship between annexin-1 and spermatogonia was analyzed . Results: The positive rates of annexin-1 and BFGF in normal testis and spermatogonia were 76.00%, 16.00% and 20.00%, 88.00% respectively. Annexin-1 expression was not related to the clinical stage and tumor differentiation (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Combined detection of Annexin-1 and BFGF can improve the early diagnosis rate of spermatogonia.
