随着第一代农民工逐步迈人老龄,目前农民工普遍存在着“城市无法养老、农村无力养老、社会化养老受冷遇”三大难题。不少农民工迫切希望国家能出台相关政策措施,加大对农村养老保险事业的扶持力度,确定农村养老金发放金额的底线,发展多种形式的农村养老保障形式,帮助农民工摆脱困境,实现老有所养。
With the first generation of peasant workers moving towards aging, migrant workers are currently experiencing three major problems: “the city can not support the aged, the rural areas are unable to support the aged, and the socialized aged are caught up”.
