今年8月,国内地震工程学界的专家和学者在评审《多层偏心建筑平动扭转耦联地震效应计算方法和规范条文的研究》时,赞扬我校抗震研究组此项研究工作全面、成果丰硕、适应工程设计的急需,并一致认为达到了国际水平。地震震害表明,建筑物的偏心是地震作用下引起平动和扭转效应耦联而导致建筑物破坏的重要因素,往往还是主要因素,在多层建筑物中尤为突出。评审委员会认为:“多层偏心建筑平动扭转耦联地震效应的研究是抗震设计中技术难度大且急待解决的重要科研课题之一,世界上各地震国家都十分重视这一课题的研究。”抗震组提出的“剪力系数法物理概念明确,正确地反映了偏心建筑平动扭转耦联地震效应的特点,比国外通
In August this year, experts and scholars of the earthquake engineering community in China reviewed the “Research on Calculation Method and Specification of Earthquake-torsional Coupled Earthquake Effect of Multi-Layer Eccentric Buildings” and praised our school’s seismic research group for its comprehensive research work and fruitful results. To meet the urgent needs of engineering design, and agreed that it has reached the international level. Earthquake damage indicates that the eccentricity of a building is an important factor that causes the damage of buildings due to the translational and torsional effects caused by earthquakes. It is often a major factor and is particularly prominent in multi-story buildings. According to the review committee, “The research on the seismic effect of the parallel-torsional coupling of multi-level eccentric buildings is one of the important scientific research topics in the seismic design that is technically difficult and urgent to be solved. The earthquake countries in the world all attach great importance to the research of this topic. "The seismic concept proposed by the earthquake-resistant group is clear, and it correctly reflects the characteristics of the parallel-shear-coupling seismic effect of eccentric buildings.
