目的评估1型糖尿病胰岛素撤退试验对血成纤维细胞生长因子-21(FGF-21)及游离脂肪酸(FFAs)的影响。方法测定1型糖尿病患者胰岛素撤退试验前后血胰岛素、FGF-21、FFAs及其它代谢因子的变化情况,并进行统计学分析。结果试验组血糖、血酮、血FFAs显著增高(P<0.001),血FGF-21显著增高(P=0.02)。对照组血酮显著增高(P=0.04)。试验组胰岛素变化与血FFAs及FGF-21变化无显著相关性。而血FFAs变化与FGF-21变化呈显著正相关(r=0.63,P=0.03)。结论 1型糖尿病FFAs精细调控FGF-21,而且具有相对独立性。胰岛素对1型糖尿病FFAs调控FGF-21不产生实质性影响。
Objective To evaluate the effect of type 1 diabetes insulin withdrawal test on serum fibroblast growth factor-21 (FGF-21) and free fatty acids (FFAs). Methods The changes of insulin, FGF-21, FFAs and other metabolic factors in patients with type 1 diabetes before and after insulin withdrawal test were determined and statistically analyzed. Results The levels of blood glucose, blood ketone and blood FFAs in the experimental group were significantly increased (P <0.001), while the levels of FGF-21 in blood were significantly increased (P = 0.02). The control group, blood ketone was significantly higher (P = 0.04). There was no significant correlation between the change of insulin and FFAs and FGF-21 in the experimental group. There was a significant positive correlation between blood FFAs and FGF-21 (r = 0.63, P = 0.03). Conclusion Type 1 diabetic FFAs can finely regulate FGF-21 and have relative independence. Insulin does not have a substantial effect on the regulation of FGF-21 by type 1 diabetic FFAs.
