目的:综述脂联素和高分子质量(HMW)脂联素在糖尿病治疗方面的研究进展。方法:介绍并总结了脂联素及其胰岛素的敏感性和改善胰岛素敏感性的分子生物学机制,以及HMW脂联素在胰岛素抵抗和2型糖尿病中的作用。结果与结论:脂联素通过基因突变或者环境因素的影响,在体循环中水平的降低已经被证实有助于糖尿病和代谢综合征的发展。HMW脂联素是更具活性的蛋白形式,并且在胰岛素敏感性和抵抗糖尿病方面更具有相关性。在治疗代谢综合征、糖尿病、肥胖症方面,脂联素尤其是HMW脂联素更应该得到重视,这将成为一种治疗这些疾病的新思路和新方法。
Objective: To summarize the research progress of adiponectin and high molecular weight (HMW) adiponectin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods: The molecular biological mechanism of adiponectin and its insulin sensitivity and insulin sensitivity was introduced and summarized. The role of HMW adiponectin in insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes mellitus was also introduced. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Adiponectin levels have been shown to contribute to the development of diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome through gene mutations or environmental factors. HMW adiponectin is a more active protein form and more relevant in terms of insulin sensitivity and resistance to diabetes. In the treatment of metabolic syndrome, diabetes, obesity, adiponectin, especially HMW adiponectin should deserve more attention, which will become a new idea and a new method of treatment of these diseases.
