为了解职业性肺癌高发人群沥青工血清ｒａｓＰ２１蛋白水平，用ＷｅｓｔｅｒｎＢｌｏｔｉｎｇ法对２４名沥青工和１２名对照血清Ｐ２１蛋白进行了检测；发现沥青工Ｐ２１均值（３５５８７）明显高于对照（１２７０７）（Ｐ＜００１）；对沥青工按工龄、是否吸烟分组并比较，均未发现组间Ｐ２１的显著性差异。此结果提示，煤焦沥青可使接毒者癌蛋白Ｐ２１水平提高。
To understand the level of rasP21 protein in serum of astronauts with high prevalence of occupational lung cancer, 24 asphaltenes and 12 control serum P21 proteins were detected by WesternBloting method. The average P21 of asphaltene workers (35587) was significantly higher than that of the control (1270 7) (P <001). No significant differences in P21 between groups were found for asphaltene workers according to their length of service and smoking or not. This result suggests that coal tar pitch can increase the level of P21 oncoprotein.
