近年来,施工的耐油地坪,一般使用的外掺剂都是三氯化铁,木糖浆之类,而这些原料货源较为紧张,且呈酸性,对钢筋略有锈蚀作用。这次,我们在中国钟厂施工耐油地坪中,在上海建筑科学研究所及公司试验室的指导下,征得有关方面的同意,改变原设计掺加三氯化铁和木糖浆,而使用SN—Ⅱ型减水剂及CON高效能减水剂,取得较好的效果。钟厂二层楼面的耐油地坪面积较大(见图一)计638平方米,原设计为7厘米厚,因
In recent years, the construction of oil-resistant floor, the commonly used admixtures are ferric chloride, wood syrup and the like, and these raw materials are more tight and acidic, slightly rust on the reinforcement. This time, under the guidance of the Shanghai Institute of Building Research and the company’s laboratory, the Chinese bell factory constructed oil-resistant flooring. With the consent of the relevant parties, we changed the original design to add ferric chloride and wood syrup. SN-II water-reducing agent and CON high-efficiency water-reducing agent have achieved good results. The oil-resistant floor area on the second floor of the Zhongchang Plant has a large area (see Figure 1) of 638 square meters. The original design was 7 centimeters thick.
