针对MG650/1620-WD型采煤机,根据Relex Studio对其牵引上电回路进行可靠性分析,在故障树模型的基础上,对于每个故障发生概率、不可靠度和不可用度等参数进行定量分析。依据最终计算统计结果,改进及重新选型高故障率的模块,以提高采煤机电气系统的可靠性。
According to the reliability analysis of MG650 / 1620-WD coal winning machine based on Relex Studio, the parameters of each failure probability, unreliability and unavailability are determined based on the fault tree model Quantitative analysis.
