对1998年3月份手术科室出院病历613份进行调查分析,结果表明,我院手术科室抗菌药物的使用率为75.53％,应用很广泛。在使用抗菌药物的病例中,手术前后的预防用药占49.41％。从抗菌药物使用目的分析,治疗占47.97％,预防占49.41％,盲目占2.62％。本组共使用抗菌药物13类45种,按选用频率依次为青霉素类、喹诺酮类、硝咪唑类及头孢类。使用合理占66.79％,基本合理占22.76％。
The investigation and analysis of 613 cases of medical records in March 1998 were made. The results showed that the usage rate of antimicrobial drugs in the surgical departments of our hospital was 75.53%, which was widely used. In the use of antimicrobials, prophylaxis before and after surgery accounted for 49.41%. Analysis from the purpose of the use of antimicrobial drugs, treatment accounted for 47.97%, prevention 49.41%, blind accounted for 2.62%. The group of antimicrobial drugs used in 13 categories of 45 species, according to the selection frequency followed by penicillins, quinolones, nitrazoles and cephalosporins. The use of reasonable 66.79%, the basic reasonable 22.76%.
