笔者等曾在“工厂试验室”1958年第2期中报导过关于“应用超声波多次反射法检查锅炉钢板”的资料。但其中所述的试验均以西门子Ⅱ型操伤仪进行,并且所试验钢板的厚度均在16毫米以上,故具有很大的局限性。另外,有许多探伤人员反映:目前所广泛使用的江南Ⅰ型探伤仪难于探测厚度小于14毫米的钢板(事实上用西门子Ⅱ型以单直探头探测厚度小于14毫米的钢板也是有问题的)。因此,笔者试制了一种联合双探头,通过试验和较为大量的实践,证实这种探头可解决上述问题。
The author et al. Have reported on “Application of Ultrasonic Multiple Reflectance to Check Boiler Plate” in “Factory Laboratory”, Issue 2, 1958. However, the tests described therein were carried out with Siemens type II instrument, and the thickness of the tested steel plate was above 16 mm, so there was a great limitation. In addition, many inspectors report that it is difficult to detect plates with a thickness of less than 14 mm (in fact, it is also problematic to use a single probe with a straight probe to detect plates with a thickness of less than 14 mm) with the widely used Jiangnan Type Ⅰ flaw detector. Therefore, the author trial a joint dual probe, through experiments and a large number of practices, confirmed that this probe can solve the above problems.
