1990年以来,我们将收治的118例脑血栓患者,随机分组,分别用脉络宁注射液、丹参注射液和低分子右旋醣酐(以下简称低右)治疗,现将结果报道如下.1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组病例118例,随机分为3组,其中脉络宁组46例;丹参组40例;低右组32例.年龄最小的51岁,最大的85岁,平均年龄68例.各组年龄分布情况为:脉络宁组46例.其中:51～60岁17例,占37%;61～70岁21例,占45.6%;71～80岁6例,占13.1%;81岁以上2例,占4.3%.丹参组40例.其中51～60岁18例,占45%;61～70岁15例,占37.5%;71～80岁5例,占12.5%,81岁以上2例,占5%,低右组32例.其中51～60岁11例,占34.3%;61～70岁15例,占46.9%;71～80岁4例,占12.5%;81岁以上2例,占6.3%.性别:男62例,女56例.其中,脉络宁组:男18例,女28例;丹参组:男22例,女18例;低右组男22例,女10例.分级:轻度(包括中络、中经)61例.中度(中腑)57例,见表1.
