目的了解集安市医疗卫生机构的消毒情况,为预防和控制院内感染提供依据。方法采集集安市的各级医院及个体医疗诊所的样品,进行消毒效果监测。结果共抽检样品1 161件,合格701件,合格率为60.38%。其中县级合格率94.00%,乡级合格率90.00%,个体合格率53.24%。结论县乡级医院的消毒效果基本达到要求,个体诊所的消毒效果需要加强。
Objective To understand the disinfection of medical and health institutions in Ji’an and provide the basis for prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods Samples of hospitals and individual medical clinics in Ji’an City were collected to monitor the disinfection effect. Results A total of 1 161 samples were sampled, passing 701, with a pass rate of 60.38%. County-level pass rate of 94.00%, township pass rate of 90.00%, the individual pass rate of 53.24%. Conclusion The disinfection effect of county and township hospitals basically meets the requirements, and the disinfection effect of individual clinics needs to be strengthened.
