在教育改革中,名师成长存在急功近利的趋向。各种评选与评比活动,是一把双刃剑,在造就名师的同时,也为滥竽充数者大开了方便之门。名师成长是一个过程,不能一蹴而就。名师的学养、视角、思想与个性是最为宝贵的资源,值得珍视与爱护。读书、实践、创新相互渗透,是名师成长的基本路径。
In education reform, teacher growth there is quick success. A variety of selection and appraisal activities, is a double-edged sword, in creating a teacher at the same time, but also for those who pretend to open the door to convenience. Teacher growth is a process that can not be accomplished in one go. Teacher’s education, perspectives, thoughts and personality are the most valuable resources, it is worth cherishing and protecting. Reading, practice, innovation and mutual penetration, is the teacher’s basic path of growth.
