新学年伊始,第一个教师节来到了。我们向幼儿园(班)、幼儿师范学校、幼师职业班的教师们致以崇高的敬意和节日的问候,并祝大家在教育体制改革之年,取得更大成绩。几年来,在全体幼教工作者的艰苦努力下,我省幼教事业有了较快发展,84年全省在园幼儿数已达162万人,入园率达48%。针对《中共中央关于教育体制改革的决定》中的精神,省委提出:1990年我省学龄前儿童入园率要达到百分之七十左右。为此,全省幼教工作者要作出更大的努力,在当前和今后一个时期,必须做好下面几项主要工作。
At the beginning of the new school year, the first Teacher’s Day arrived. We extend our highest respect and festive greetings to teachers in kindergarten classes, preschool schools and kindergarten teachers classes. We wish all of you great success in the year of education system reform. In the past few years, with the hard work of all preschool teachers, there has been a rapid development of preschool education in our province. In 1984, the number of nursery children in the province reached 1.62 million and the admission rate reached 48%. In response to the spirit of “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Education System Reform,” the provincial party committee proposed: In 1990, the enrollment rate of preschool children in our province should reach about 70%. To this end, preschool education workers throughout the province will want to make greater efforts. At present and in the coming period, we must make the following major efforts.
