近年来,我国越来越多的使用变频恒压供水系统,但同时也暴露了许多问题,尤其是单台变频器带多台水泵时,切换失败,工作不稳等问题越来越多。本文以包头铝厂给水站自动化供水系统为例,说明单台变频调速器带多台水泵循环轨启动自动恒压供水系统中的存在的问题,并提出相应的解决办法。文中利用美国IPM公司的IP1612可编程控制器完成了包头铝厂给水站的水泵切换逻辑控制;经过两年多的实际运行表明,系统有良好的可靠性,节电效果明显。
In recent years, more and more countries use frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system, but also exposed many problems at the same time. Especially when there is more than one water pump in a single frequency inverter, the switching failure and unstable work are more and more problems. This paper takes Baotou aluminum plant water supply station automation water supply system as an example to illustrate the single variable frequency governor with multiple water pump cycle rails to start the automatic constant pressure water supply system problems and put forward corresponding solutions. In this paper, the IP1612 programmable controller of American IPM Company is used to complete the pump switching logic control of Baotou Aluminum Factory water supply station. After more than two years of actual operation, it shows that the system has good reliability and obvious energy-saving effect.
